Application details

When you apply, we collect your name, email, business or project name, team size, AI experience, selected tools, and the setup and goals you choose to share. We store these details in our website database to review your application and contact you about the service. Submitting the form does not start a subscription. Please do not submit passwords, API keys, or confidential client information.

1. Who we are

aibuilders is operated by [BUSINESS LEGAL NAME], located at [BUSINESS ADDRESS]. The final policy will identify the business responsible for personal information and provide a working contact address.

2. Information involved

Website visits. This landing page does not contain a signup form or payment checkout. Hosting and access-control providers may process IP addresses, browser and device information, request logs, and authentication information to deliver and protect the site.

Service requests. If you become a client, the proposed service involves the contact details, business context, instructions, documents, and account permissions you choose to provide. The exact intake and billing systems are still to be confirmed.

Connected tools. Work in an AI or automation account may involve prompts, files, workflow data, and outputs that you authorize us to access. Visiting this website does not itself connect your AI accounts.

3. How information is used

The proposed uses are to respond to inquiries, understand your requirements, prioritize requests, build and review improvements, communicate about the service, and maintain security and required business records. Any additional purposes must be disclosed before the relevant information is collected.

4. Account access and service providers

Our service is designed to work inside your accounts using scoped invitations or permissions, without shared passwords. We only access materials within your authorized scope and do not read your private chats. You can revoke access through the relevant account settings.

AI and automation providers process information under their own terms and privacy settings. Before sending client data to a provider, the authorized tools and scope should be agreed with you. The final policy must identify the service providers we use and their purposes: [SERVICE PROVIDERS AND PROCESSING LOCATIONS].

Disclosure may also be required by applicable law or a valid legal request. Any business-transfer arrangements or other sharing must be addressed in the finalized policy. Sale, sharing for advertising, and model-training practices remain to be confirmed: [CONFIRMED DATA-USE PRACTICES].

5. Website technologies

The homepage currently loads fonts from Google Fonts and a styling script from the Tailwind CDN. Requests to those providers disclose technical information such as an IP address and browser request headers. Product logos are embedded in the page and do not fetch data from AI tool providers.

No advertising pixels or analytics scripts have been added to this landing page by us. The hosting platform may use authentication or security cookies and logs. Its practices must be considered separately from the page code. See Google’s Privacy Policy and OpenAI’s Privacy Policy for relevant provider information.

The finalized policy should list any additional cookies, analytics, or consent controls introduced before launch.

6. Retention and security

Access should be limited to the people and systems needed to deliver the agreed work. No service can guarantee absolute security. An NDA is available on request.

Specific retention periods, deletion procedures, backup schedules, and legal-record obligations are not yet confirmed: [RETENTION AND DELETION SCHEDULE]. These details must be completed before collecting client information.

7. Your choices and requests

You can control permissions in your own accounts and decide what materials you provide. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, or restrict certain uses of your personal information.

The final policy will provide a working process for requests, any identity-verification steps, and relevant response deadlines. Send requests to [PRIVACY CONTACT EMAIL] once that address is confirmed.

8. Audience and updates

This service is intended for adult business users. International data transfers, applicable regional privacy notices, and any additional safeguards must be assessed once the operating business and service providers are confirmed.

When this policy is finalized or materially updated, its effective date will be updated and any notice required by applicable law will be provided.

9. Contact

Business contact details are being finalized.
